Individuals & Societies at Reagan
Citizenship and US history are both taught through a thematic approach. This means simply that concepts over time and content are just as important as certain people, places, and times in history. IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) challenges students not just to understand the world around them, but more importantly to ask the question "so what?".
Pictured above: All sophomores took part in the National History Day (NHD) competition during the 2015-2016 school year. The theme was "Exploration, Encounter, and Exchange in History". The theme for 2016-2017 is "Taking a Stand in History". See Mr. Walker for more information.
